No, our videos are not made by real creators. UGC-style content copies the relaxed, phone-filmed look of user-generated videos. We build it with AI from your brief, using AI-generated presenters, so no influencer or customer appears or endorses you.
Can I run your AI videos as Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. The videos are 9:16 files you own, so they suit Reels and Stories placements in Meta ads. You can run them yourself, or our campaign team can test them in a managed account, which is a separate flat weekly fee plus your ad budget.
How long does it take to get my first content?
Your first AI reel usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after your brief, and a first month of designed posts takes about 5 business days. Timing starts once your brief, logo and brand colours arrive, and quoted design jobs come with a delivery date.
What do I need to give you before you start?
You need to give us a short brief, your logo and brand colours, and the offers or messages you want covered. Photos of your products, team or work are optional but help designed posts feel real. Video plans only need the written brief.
Will you post the content for me?
It depends on the service. Social media management plans design and schedule your posts once you approve them. Video plans and quoted design jobs deliver finished files for you to post, so pair them with a management plan if you want everything published for you.
How many changes can I ask for?
Each AI reel includes up to 2 revision rounds, which covers most script, wording and pacing changes. Posts in a monthly plan can go back to your designer with comments before anything is scheduled. Quoted jobs state their revision allowance in the quote.
Do you film on site or shoot product photos?
No, we don't run photo or video shoots. Designed posts use your brand assets and any photos you send, and reels are produced with AI. If buyers need to see your real premises or finished work in motion, a local videographer is the better choice.
Who owns the posts and videos you create?
You do. Every design and video we create for you belongs to your business, along with your social pages and ad accounts. You can reuse the files on your website, in emails or in ads, and they stay yours if you stop working with us.
