No. Meta Ads and Google Ads management are a flat $100/week and $100/week + GST, and that's our management fee only. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google and is completely separate. For Meta Ads we recommend starting from $20/day; for Google Ads we'll recommend a starting budget on your strategy call, based on your industry and keywords. We never take a percentage of your ad spend.

No, never, on any service. Websites are $0 upfront too: one monthly fee covers building your site and keeping it running. You only pay for your plan from the day your service starts.

Never. All plans are month-to-month. If you need to pause or cancel, give us 7 days notice before your next billing date and that's it. We believe results should keep you — not contracts.

Once we've had our strategy call and agreed on scope, we typically go live within 5–7 business days. Social media management can start even faster. We handle all the setup — you don't need to do anything technical.

Always. You own your Meta and Google Ads accounts, your business pages, and all the content we create for you: posts, videos and articles. We work inside your accounts, never ours. If you ever leave, everything stays with you.

Many clients run ads alongside social media so their paid and organic content work together, and AI video can be added to any plan. Website clients also get social media at a discount: 10% off on Starter and 20% off on Business.

Yes — we're Sydney-based but serve businesses all across Australia. Everything runs remotely via email, phone, and video call. Distance has never been a barrier for our clients.

Our social media management plans are $99, $149 or $199 a month including GST, for 8, 12 or 16 original Facebook and Instagram posts.

Each package carries the same service; only the post count changes: 8 on Starter, 12 on Growth and 16 on Scale, which adds priority support. All three include original designs, captions and hashtags, a content calendar, your sign-off on every post, scheduling and a monthly report. See social media management.

We charge a flat fee because it keeps our advice separate from the size of your budget. Under a percentage model, the agency earns more when you spend more. Ours stays at $100 a week + GST however much Meta or Google bills you, so we suggest more budget only when results support it.

Yes. When our fees come to more than $1,000 a month before GST, you get 10% off the whole monthly bill. Ad budgets don't count, because they're paid straight to Meta or Google.
