What our social media clients say
“Our social media went from an afterthought to our strongest brand asset. Content is original, on-brand, and actually looks professional. Engagement tripled in two months. Completely hands-off for us — they send the calendar, we approve it, done.”
Sarah B.Sydney, NSW
“At $99/month I was sceptical. It seemed too cheap to be quality. I was completely wrong. The content looks better than what bigger agencies quoted us three times the price for. No templates, no stock photos — everything is made for our brand.”
Michael T.Brisbane, QLD
“We always knew our socials needed work but never had the time. Now it's completely hands-off. Monthly calendar, we approve, it goes live. Clear reporting. Completely stress-free and the content quality is excellent.”
Lisa K.Melbourne, VIC
Content ideas
What dentists should post.
People choose a dentist they feel they already know. Helpful, friendly posts do that, and keep your practice front of mind when it’s time for a check-up.
Oral health tips
Short, practical tips on brushing, flossing, diet and kids’ teeth that patients actually save and share.
Meet the team
Your dentists, hygienists and front desk, so new patients know who they’ll see.
What to expect
A first visit, a check-up and clean, or a filling, explained simply to ease nerves.
Inside the practice
Your rooms, your equipment and the little things that make visits comfortable.
Health dates and reminders
Dental Health Week, school holidays and end-of-year reminders to use health fund extras.
Hours and how to book
Opening hours, online booking and parking, so booking is the easy part.
Plus reminders for every upcoming holiday post, so nothing sneaks up on you. Every idea is designed for your brand; you approve it before it goes live.
01
Social media management for dentists
Social media management for dentists means your Facebook and Instagram stay active without your team finding the time. Each month your dedicated designer plans a calendar around your practice and the health calendar, designs original posts from your photos (or around your brand when you have none), writes the captions and schedules everything once you’ve approved it. Replying to comments and messages stays with your practice.

02
Social media marketing for dentists
Social media marketing for dentists is usually two things: regular posts that build trust with your existing patients, and paid ads that reach locals who haven’t found you yet. We do both as separate services. Social media management keeps your pages active from $99/month; Meta Ads put your practice in front of people nearby.
Ads are a separate plan
03
Facebook and Instagram for dentists
Facebook is where many locals check a practice’s details and ask for recommendations; Instagram suits your team, your rooms and short helpful videos. Our plans cover both, and if you want Reels without a filming day, AI Video Reels are a plan of their own.
Both platforms included
Social media management for dentists: your questions.
How much does social media management cost for dentists?
Our social media management starts from $99/month including GST for 8 original posts (Starter), with Growth at $149/month for 12 and Scale at $199/month for 16. No setup fee, no lock-in contract, and a money-back guarantee on your first content.
Do I need to send photos of the practice?
It helps, but it isn't required. Photos of your team and rooms make the strongest posts, so send them whenever you can. If you don't have photos, we design original graphics around your brand and your services.
What do you post for a dental practice?
Oral health tips, meet-the-team posts, what to expect at a visit, a look inside the practice, health dates and reminders (like Dental Health Week and using health fund extras before the year ends), and your hours and booking details. You approve every post before it goes live.
Do you post patient reviews or before-and-after photos?
No. AHPRA's advertising rules restrict testimonials for registered health practitioners, and before-and-after images need care, so we focus on helpful, educational posts and your team instead. You approve every post before it goes live.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
No. Our social media management covers planning, designing, writing and posting your content. Replying to comments and messages stays with your practice, so patients hear straight from you.
Can you run ads to people near my practice?
Yes. Meta Ads Management is a separate service for a flat $100/week + GST, so your practice reaches people in the areas you choose, not just your followers.
Do you work with dentists outside Sydney?
Yes. We're a Sydney team and work with businesses right across Australia. Everything runs online: your posts and approvals in your Client Portal, and a chat with your designer whenever you need.
