Black Friday Wheel Terms
These terms apply to the Black Friday wheel and the BF20 code. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which cover the service itself. If the two differ on a discount, these terms apply.
1. The promoter
This promotion is run by Humming Web (“we”, “us”, “our”), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By spinning the wheel or using a promotion code, you accept these terms.
2. Promotion period
The wheel runs from Sunday 1 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Spins outside these times are not accepted.
Every code issued in this promotion, including BF20, stops working at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026. It must be used at checkout by then.
3. Who can take part
You can take part if you are 18 or older, you run or represent a business, and neither you nor your business has paid us for a service before. Businesses outside Australia can take part, unless the law where you are does not allow this promotion. Prices are charged in Australian dollars. Our employees and their immediate families cannot take part.
4. How to spin
Spinning is free and you do not need to buy anything. To spin, enter your first name and email address on the promotion page and accept these terms.
You get one spin per person, per business and per email address. Variations of the same email address count as one. We also limit the number of spins from one internet connection.
5. Prizes and chances
The wheel has 20 equal slices. When you spin, our system picks one slice at random, and every slice has the same chance. Every slice is a prize, so every spin wins a discount. The animation shows the result; it does not decide it.

Savings are the total over your first 2 months, in Australian dollars including GST, at the prices listed when these terms were published. There is no limit on how many of each prize can be won.
6. Using your discount
Your discount applies to one Starter, Growth or Scale social media management plan. The percentage you won comes off each of your first 2 monthly payments. After that, your plan continues at the standard price, and you are billed that price each month until you cancel.
The code is applied for you when you choose a plan on the promotion page, or you can enter it at checkout. Each spin code is unique and works once. It is not tied to your email address, so keep it private: we cannot replace a code that someone else has used.
Codes apply to new plans only. They cannot be used on other services, combined with another offer or code, swapped for a different prize, transferred for payment, or redeemed for cash. A code you do not use before it expires simply lapses.
7. The no-spin offer
If you would rather not spin or share your details, code BF20 gives 20% off your first 2 months on the same plans and for the same new customers. It ends at the same time as the sale (Monday 30 November, 11:59pm AEDT). Sections 3, 6, 8 and 9 also apply to it.
8. Cancelling and refunds
Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies, including the 10-day money-back guarantee on new plans. If you claim that guarantee, we refund the discounted amount you actually paid. If you cancel, any remaining discount ends with your plan and does not carry over if you rejoin.
9. Fair use
We may refuse a spin, or cancel a code or discount, if we reasonably believe it was obtained with false details, through several identities, with automated tools, or by anyone who is not eligible under section 3.
10. If something goes wrong
If a technical fault, fraud or something else outside our reasonable control affects the promotion, we may correct the problem, or change, pause or end the promotion, as far as the law and any applicable permit allow. If a fault stops a code being created, your prize is kept and you can try again. Unless section 9 applies, a code you have already received stays valid until it expires.
11. Your information
We collect your name, email address and spin result, the time you accepted these terms, and scrambled versions of your email and internet address that we use to enforce the limits in section 4. We use this to run the promotion, send you your code and, because you agreed when you spun, send you emails from Humming Web. You can unsubscribe at any time. Stripe processes payments at checkout. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
